Service and Repair
Through a combined wealth of field experience, we at Avalon Sciences greatly understand the working environment of field operations, and the high pressure role of the field engineer. We therefore endeavour to ensure that all client users are fully equipped to perform routine maintenance with as much ease as possible and provide immediate access to Avalon support staff for any enquiries.
Mechanical Service & Repair
One of the main aspects of our tool systems, which we consider of paramount importance, is their ease of use both in and out of operations. We therefore strive to ensure mechanical maintenance and inspection between well runs is simple and quick, and as such we provide comprehensive service pack bundles of consumable spares for both routine and more advanced maintenance. Tool service training can also be provided by our highly skilled and experienced staff on site or at one of our global support bases.
As manufacturing takes place on site, we can replace damaged mechanical components with a quick turnaround. Alternatively, we have a rental service with a comprehensive stock of additional tools at all of our regional support centres.
Electronic Service & Repair
There are no electronic sub-components that require routine maintenance, with only a simple inspection and test process required.
However, for any damaged electronic components, ASL is able to provide a repair/replacement service from your most local Avalon support base, or even send a technician to you. ASL can also provide a specialised training course for electronic maintenance in replacement of the most commonly damaged digital sub-components and tool wiring.
