CNC Machinist Programmer & Setter

We need an CNC Machinist to work
in our modern and well-equipped machine shop.
Ideally experienced in both Milling & Turning, but not essential.
Knowledge of Fanuc / Heidenhain control systems an advantage.

Located at our state-of-the-art Somerton head office the
role will require the following skills.

Experienced Setting and Programming
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Able to fully program online and offline
‘Hands-On’ and Proactive Approach
Ability to work unsupervised.

We need a senior mechanical design engineer preferably with experience in down-hole tools for use in the geothermal, CCS, and oil and gas industries. 3D CAD experience is essential, preferably using Autocad Inventor but re-training will be provided for other packages

Located at our state-of-the-art Somerton research center, the role will attract some optional foreign travel and occasional visits to our borehole test facility near Falmouth, Cornwall.

Candidates should be qualified to degree level with 5 years of experience. A full driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Candidates should be qualified to degree level in electronics with 5 years experience. A full driving license and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
